The Convention Host Committee meets the 1st Sunday of each month at 3:00 PM EST.
The Convention Sub-Committees meet the 1st Sunday of each month at 1:30 PM EST.
**Except the months of July & Sept, meetings will be held the 3rd Sunday due to holidays**
